Laureola Industries is the best place to buy rigging products online. We stand behind our products and guarantee your satisfaction with every order. Unlike most of other online stores, We do NOT charge any restocking fees on returned product. Just make sure to setup your return within 30 days of your purchase, send the product in the original packaging and you will get a full refund (less shipping)!

Broken/Damaged Merchandise

If an item arrives broken or in poor condition, please notify us of the broken item along with your order number and we will expedite a replacement. If we are out of an item and cannot replace it, we will refund the purchase price. Notification must be made no later than 5 days after the merchandise has been delivered.

DO NOT send the broken item back to us. When you notify us that it has arrived broken and we will issue a call tag so that shipping company may pick it up along with sending the replacement.

Wrong Merchandise

If you receive an item that is not what you ordered please e-mail us with your order number, a description of what you received, and an explanation of what you thought you had ordered if necessary. We will then expedite the correct product to you. Notification must be made no later than 30 days after the merchandise has been delivered.

DO NOT send the item back to us. When you notify us of the mistake we will issue a call tag so that Shipping Company may pick it up.

 3.

Not as Advertised

If you receive an item that does not match the description we provide please contact us with your order number and a description of the item and the mistake in the description. If we find that you did not receive the correct product we will ship the correct one to you. Otherwise we will provide a refund for the item. Notification must be made no later than 30 days after the merchandise has been delivered.

DO NOT send the item back to us. When you notify us of the mistake we will issue a call tag so that courier may pick it up.

 4.

Unsatisfactory/Other

If an item arrives and it is in unbroken, new condition and if it is the correct "as-advertised" item you can still obtain a refund. Please notify us of your decision along with your order number and the reason for the return.


Once we have received the item and verified its condition, we will refund you the cost of the item, not including the initial shipping charge. Return shipments for unsatisfactory items must be made no later than 30 days after the merchandise has been delivered.
