Our return request is quick and simple. Simply follow the process below return request is generated.
Once an order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled, rerouted or redirected. If you would like to return the item, you will need to follow the "Returns & Exchange" policy. Do not refuse the delivery of non-damaged goods as this may result in up to a 50% restocking fee. A delivery refusal may also result in the loss of your product and may void any possibility of a refund. You will also be charged for round trip shipping cost.
Step 1. Login to Account
Step 2. Go to My Account and Select My Order. Generate the “Return Request” by selecting the item and mentioning the reason for return.
Step 3. After receiving your request, we will generate RMA in form of Credit Memo by carefully reviewing and approving your request.
Step 4. Ship goods back to us.
- Place item in the box or a package carefully to prevent damage during shipping. Preferably use the same packing as you received.
- Place the copy of RMA (Credit Memo) inside the box for tracing your return request.
- Send your pkg to following return address.

- The cost to ship the package back to us is be paid by you.
Step 5. Once we receive your package with RMA slip inside, we will inspect the goods to verify the condition of the item. If the condition is as good as new, we will approve the return. Returns are processed by a 3rd party so pl give 2-3 weeks for the package to arrive to us.
Step 6. Once approved, the method of payment used to purchase the item will credited for the value of the item. If you are returning the complete order that was shipped to you on “Free Shipping” basis, you will not be charged the amount for shipping the order to you.
