Shipping Information

  1. How will My Order ship?

    We will ship your order using the fastest, safest and most reliable method possible. Therefore, we have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you an optimal delivery experience.

    When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier.

    Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.

  2. When will My Order arrive?

    We process most of the order the same business day, but pl allow up to 72 business hours (3 days not including weekends or holidays) to ship your order. If there will be significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment to US

  1. We usually ship with UPS. Below are the UPS shipping options.

  2. UPS Ground
    • 2 – 6 business days transit time.
    • Delivery by end of day, Monday – Friday
  3. UPS 3 Day Select
    • 3 business days transit time, guaranteed.
    • Delivery by end of day, Monday – Friday
  4. UPS 2nd Day Air
    • 2 business days transit time, guaranteed within the 48 contiguous United States.
    • Delivery by end of day, Monday – Friday.
  5. United States Postal Service (Priority Mail)
    • 2 - 8 business days transit time, NOT GUARANTEED.
    • Delivery by end of day, Monday - Saturday

Shipment to Canada

  1. For all our client’s convenience, we ship all our Canadian orders locally from our warehouse in Ontario, Canada. Canadian Duties and fees are not applicable. Invoice will show applicable province-based GST/HST.

    We have shipping accounts with preferred Canadian carrier i.e. UPS, Canpar, Purolator and Canada Post.

  2. Ground Shipping (UPS, Canpar, Purolator)
    • 1 – 8 business days.
    • Delivery end of day, Monday – Friday
  3. Expedited Shipping (UPS, Canpar, Purolator)
    • 1 – 5 business days.
    • Delivery end of day, Monday – Friday

Free Shipping

  1. United States Orders ships via Ground shipping is FREE over US$99 for order destination within Contiguous United States.

  2. Canadian Orders qualify for Free Shipping for orders over US$199. Applicable GST/HST is applicable based on all Canadian Orders. 

  3. Ground shipping is defined as

    • UPS Standard Ground or USPS Priority mail.
    • Expedited or Express is not included in the Free shipping policy.

  4. OVERSIZED or OVERWEIGHT does not quality for Free shipping. If you have OVERSIZED or OVERWEIGHT item in your cart, other eligible items will be DISQUALIFIED as free shipping. Place a separate order for qualifying items.
